The Client

Real Estate Expediter (REX) is a Real Estate Transaction Services company in the Santa Clarita Valley. With over 10 years of experience and 2000 transactions in the industry, REX handles the document processing, scheduling, and notifications for their clients, allowing them to in turn better and more reliably service the buyers and sellers.

The Project

In 2006 REX wanted a way to faciliate the delivery of digital documents to their clients without the cost or time of burning them to a CD and mailing them.

LittleMouse Productions developed a password protected extranet where REX professionals could login securely and upload or download digital documents to their own client specific folders on the server. The extranet contained easy to use tools allowing REX to assign password credentials to individual folders and quickly and responsively upload large files exceeding even 25 MB in size. Due to a large demand, this was quickly followed by a new company website utilizing the same clean layout that was developed for the extranet.
